    RLA is being hired to advise on all matters relating to the export of crude oil, in relation to both international practice and Client specific requirements as determined by local considerations. Working closely with the Client, RLA’s role is to advise on scheduling, chartering strategies, freight costs, vessel inspections and approvals, charter parties and the marine terms in sales agreements, including potential laytime and demurrage issues, liaise with other organisations on behalf of the Client and generally ensure that the Client’s risks are minimised in all respects.
